I cannot say enough good things about Wendy. I have tried therapy 3 times before and never got as far as we did in the first month. With her help, I feel way better and less anxious. She is very understanding and helpful. With previous therapists, I just felt like I was talking in circles and not getting to core issues. Wendy is the complete opposite of this, we really dig deep into the core of my being. I really appreciate her help so much. I would recommend to anybody, specifically if you are looking to combat anxiety.

Wendy has helped me tremendously in only a short period of time. Our work isn’t finished, just great to know that I have made great strides already…and a brighter/healthier future does exist.
