I am a licensed independent social worker with seven years of diverse experience in hospital-based and crisis work. I have worked with clients experiencing suicidal crises, depression, anxiety, anger issues, substance abuse, and with diagnoses of Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, OCD, Schizophrenia, and eating disorders. I also have formal crisis training and nine years of experience working on a suicide crisis hotline for individuals experiencing acute suicidal crisis.
I blend cognitive-behavioral and crisis-based approaches to my work.
