About me

I am licensed in Maryland with 6 years of professional work experience with focus on mental health, and drug and alcohol counseling. I attended Shippensburg University, and graduated in 2017 with a MS in Mental health counseling. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I am proud of you for taking that first step!

I enjoy being outside, reading, spending time with friends, and spending time with family including our 6 fur children.

Great therapist, very kind and understanding. I was nervous about going to Better Help but after meeting her, I am glad I did.
