Shimyne Homidas, LCSW
About me
Bell's Palsy, Divorce, Relocation, and Separation from a Job or a Relationship are some examples of life transition. Whether a life transition is planned or happens unexpectedly, it can be painful, confusing, and frustrating.
In my practice, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to process your thoughts and feelings. My goal is to meet you where you are right now and help guide you through this transition.
I use motivational interviewing techniques, empowerment-based therapy, strength-based therapy, and more to help you identify, reflect, and process the barriers you feel may be keeping you from embracing or understanding where you are in your life.
Your journey starts here! Today! I look forward to embracing this journey with you!
