Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Scott Shepherd. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I see Scott for work performance optimization. I'm in "big time" professional/corporate sales (haha) and I am also a recovering alcoholic. We have a lot of alignment and his insights provide me with real actionable direction for me to act on. He's helped me completely solve work fatigue issues and has helped me unlock a new (almost scary) level of energy. It's super easy to hit "flow now"

Scott has been awesome! He is very non-judgmental, understanding, and encouraging. I'm beginning to gain more confidence. He challenges me, and encourages me to step outside of my comfort zone. I highly recommend him!

Scott was professional and personable at the same time. He was able to relate so many practical examples that really helped me grasp some fairly complex concepts with great ease.
