About me

Sometimes in life we encounter painful experiences. These can lead to negative self-thoughts, feelings of sadness and anxiety, intrusive thoughts or memories, and feeling like we’ve lost our sense of enjoyment or fulfillment. I specialize in helping individuals heal from these painful experiences so that they can return to a state of fulfillment and confidence in themselves.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

I use a variety of theories and techniques, including cognitive-behavioral, experiential, art, and somatic experiencing. I’m also trained in EMDR. I work with individuals of all ages, from adolescence through older age.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Rebecca Phillips. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Returning to Better Help after a hiatus, I was unsure of returning to a new therapist, but Rebecca has been fantastic. Having her as my therapist has introduced me to new solutions and ideas for problems new and old.

She's listens very well and we go over everything couple times to make sure we're getting everything that we talk about right. She sets goals for me and gives me stuff to think about and write down. I like that we can text anytime and have Calls or video chats when I need. It's been a big help in my life. Couldn't appreciate her more. Thanks Rebecca Phillips for being there for me.
