I am a licensed psychological associate in Texas with over 4 years of experience providing individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy; administering and interpreting psychological assessments; and formulating psychological reports for private patients of various ages and for preschool and school aged youth as referred by local school districts.
Through consulting within the school system, it is here where I identified a great and immediate need for youth mental health intervention. I I took a 4 year break from practicing psychology to become a full-time middle school math teacher to help meet this mental health crisis among local youth.
I have experience working with various mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, OCD, emotional regulation, interpersonal issues, personality disorders, and Autism to name a few. I look forward to getting to know you! Visit my website for more info and resources at therapywithkiki.com.

Although I knew I needed I help, I was nervous about opening up to anyone; but Queamani Micken showed me from the very start that I could open up with her without judgement. Thank you.

Queamani is calm and a great listener. She makes connections from the information shared with ways to continue to progress as well as offering alternatives you may not have thought of. I was new to therapy and just wanted to try it and see if there was any benefit to me. Speaking with her not only showed me the benefits but shined a light in the areas that I am actually doing better than I thought in. Thank you for helping me see how far I have come in this thing called life.
