I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. You are the expert on your life and because of this I utilize a wide variety of clinical tools to help clients find solutions that work for them. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

Phillip helped me to develop different and better coping skills to help with my anxiety. He does a great job of listening and giving you feedback that is extremely helpful and useful.
