I have experience in helping clients with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and grief/loss. I offer an eclectic approach of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
