I am a licensed clinical therapist in Michigan with 24 years of professional work experience.
I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, anger management, physical issues, illness, grief/loss, and low self esteem issues.
*I use a nontraditional holistic/spiritual healing mindfulness approach to treatment.
I truly believe it is important to look at all aspects including the mind, body, and spirit as they all go hand-in-hand.

I have only had a few sessions with Michelle but I can already tell she is a perfect fit for me! I love that she is flexible and able to talk about whatever I need to during our sessions, but also structured enough to make sure they are productive. The worksheets she gives me in between are super thought provoking and are really helping me grow! ❤️

Michelle has been amazing to work with. I have really enjoyed her input, knowledge and the way she helps me process conflicts and issues. She is extremely personable, easy to talk to and is very good at bringing things full circle. I would recommend her to anyone who also may be struggling with setting boundaries, making big decisions or working with inner child healing. She is wonderful at guiding meditations as well. Highly recommend.
