I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan with over 18 years of experience working as a therapist in various settings. My clients have experienced measurable support with issues pertaining to anxiety and depression, stress management, ADHD, adjustment disorders, anger management, relationship/family dynamics, and goal setting.

My counseling style is motivational, practical, and solution-focused. Typically I use psycho-education, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic approaches in counseling.
