Dr. Jeanine Copperstone has served in the mental health field for over 20 years. In that capacity, she has provided psychological and substance abuse assessment, treatment planning, and general psychotherapy. She received her Doctorate in Psychology from Arizona State University and her Juris Doctorate from Lewis and Clark College.
Dr. Copperstone specializes in the treatment of individuals experiencing transition in their lives, and people who are interested in changing unhealthy patterns of interacting with others. She utilizes a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Issues she treats include depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and stress management.
