Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Heather Findley. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

In 2024, good therapists operating remotely are not too difficult to come by, but like Goldilocks, it took me awhile to find the one who is “just right”.

Of all people, my grandmother led me to BetterHelp. I had a couple of therapists I had worked with prior to Heather for shorter periods of time through BH, and I am sure they are great for other clients, but I sought more from my practitioner.

While in the sea of choices, Heather’s friendly smiling face, educational background, and overall “vibe” on her profile convinced me to book a session with her.

Without going into too much detail, I can tell you that my life is absolutely in a different place because of this incredible human. She is professional, warm, relatable, her memory is impeccable, and is flexible with scheduling if there is a conflict. Heather makes me feel safe, seen, heard, and supported.

We’ve been working together for about six months and I still look forward to therapy sessions each week. My friends, family, and colleagues have noticed a difference in my well-being—but most importantly, I am finally coming to understand who I am.

If you are looking for a phenomenal therapist—especially if you identify as LGBTQIA+—you’ve found her right here.

Heather is very easy to talk to and provides a safe environment to be your true self. Her communication style and calm demeanor create such a welcoming space to share and talk through anything. She is a great listener and I would highly recommend her as a therapist!
