About me

When you feel like you're spinning your wheels, therapy can provide traction you need to get your life moving forward.

Therapy can help you learn how to stop struggling with creative stagnation, worry, self-doubt, lack of motivation, loneliness, homesickness, or the pain of loss. Therapy can help get you unstuck from repeated struggles with yourself and difficulties with others.

In our meetings, you and I will work together to identify roadblocks that keep holding you back. I will assist you in creating permanent strategies for getting past those roadblocks, empowering you to:

* Navigate life's transitions with clarity and intention
* Strengthen relationships, improve communication skills, and cultivate more meaningful connections
* Unleash your creativity and problem-solving abilities by exploring new perspectives, embracing your unique talents, and tapping into your deepest artistry
* Embody your core values and show up for life with integrity and purpose
* Process grief and come to peace with losses
* Foster resilience and mental toughness to face challenges with determination
* Explore fatherhood concerns and men's issues, so you can embrace your roles and thrive

Together, we will work on unlocking your potential to build a more complete, fulfilling, dynamic, and purposeful life.

I am available for live sessions (video or phone) from early morning through afternoon on weekdays.

Early risers, take note! Depending on the day, I may have morning appointments available as early as 4:00 AM Pacific/5:00 AM Mountain/6:00 AM Central/7:00 AM Eastern.

I’m so glad I found Dennis on the Better Help platform! He has already helped me with a lot in a rather short amount of time. I really like his approach to therapy, to addressing life’s various challenges), and to the advice/suggestions he offers. He is very kind, compassionate, listens to me and helps me simplify issues when I feel like I’m spinning or can’t organize them or put them in to context. I feel like he offers the perfect mix of emotion and practicality in his approach to therapy. I always look fwd to my sessions with him and for the insight he provides. Highly recommend!

The best! Kind, smart, funny. Very helpful when I’m in anxiety state! I’ve been with him probably a year or more. No regrets. I’m navigating relationships.

Dennis approaches therapy with an empathetic, yet straight forward approach. Both of which are essential to therapy, yet hard to find. Dennis is one of a kind.

Dennis is the best therapist I’ve had. He offers me such relief when it comes to stressful and hard times and thoughts. I have bi-polar and ADHD, working with someone that understands my communication style and talks in a way I understand is so helpful. It’s nice to have someone that listens but also gives you a new way to look at things and better tools to handle situations. I’m very thankful.
