She has helped me navigate through a divorce, sexual assault and family & friendship relationships. She has let me go at my pace but also asks me ahead of time, what do you want to talk about this session so we make sure we cover that. We are still going but the way I feel today vs a year ago is tremendous!

From day one of being matched with Darcy, she was helpful, considerate, and supportive. Our sessions have been used to talk about what has been most pressing in my week or exciting. She often sends me journal prompts or assignments that I can complete during the week as I find helpful. So far I’m really happy with her work as my therapist!

Darcy is great! I really appreciate the time she takes to make me feel heard, and address what's currently going on with me, not just the initial reason I started therapy. She gives me "homework" (which I asked for), and it helps remind me to take a moment and work on myself, even if I can't do it right then. She empathetic and knowledgeable, and I look forward to our weekly sessions.
