I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I collaborate with my clients with the goal of working towards mental and physical well-being. I utilize a multimodal informed approach to treat the whole person, not just a symptom. Clinicians in the state of Ohio are required to provide, prior to the first appointment, an Informed Consent for the client to read, complete and sign. Also required is verification of the client. A copy of the client’s driver’s license, state I.D. or passport must be uploaded to the BetterHelp platform. *To confirm the aforementioned, the first session is completed via video only. Thereafter, clients have the option of scheduling sessions via video or phone.

I have never connected better with a therapist than I have with Crystal. She makes me feel completely comfortable and safe in each of out sessions and really listens to what I have to say. Not only does she listen to me, but she always remembers the things I have told her in previous sessions unlike my other therapy experiences.
