She’s been amazing for me in the time we worked together. I like how I can just say what’s on my mind without any immediate responses trying to quickly fix my problems. Instead, validating my feelings and making me feel reassured in the mechanisms I have learned so far. Super appreciate of all she’s done to help me!

Caitlyn has helped me so much in just the few sessions we have had, her feedback is constructive and supportive and honestly I am so glad I finally opened up to therapy, not just for my personal issues but just to learn better communication and coping skills.

Just having someone to share with and somehow ask the right questions that pertain to me at my time. She’s simply been an awesome person for me to discuss and share with and I thank her for it.
