My training and experience includes Cognitive Processing Therapy, certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Gottmans' Levels I and II, volunteer work in the PTSD unit of a Veterans Affairs facility, past certification in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, 12 years certification as an Emergency Medical Technician, and volunteer Chaplain in local ambulance services.
I respect each client as a person of sacred worth and am a good listener, seeking to assist the person in effectively managing difficulties and attempting to discover the underlying causes of chronic problems.
