Welcome! Do you feel like you are just going through the motions to get through each day? Are you depressed, anxious, or losing hope that things will get better? I foster a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapy space to ensure that my clients are able to share their experiences in confidence.
I am a strengths-based, licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), and also utilize cognitive behavioral practices. Together we will identify and utilize your strengths to guide your healing journey. We will also explore the influence of thought patterns on emotions and behaviors.
I am here to help you process, come to terms with, and cope with the challenges that you are experiencing. I have evening telehealth sessions available, and some weekend availability. I am happy to answer any questions that you have about the therapy process to help you feel more comfortable. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
