Brittany has been my therapist for about half a year now. She patiently invests her time and effort into understanding what my issues are, and how to best address them. This has helped me with many difficult subjects, some I have never even talked about before. Brittany has made me feel safe and at ease through all of it.
When I've had difficult times, Brittany has helped me through them. When I'm doing well, we have worked on making it last. She has been flexible with her time, easy to work with, and responds quickly to my messages, all of which has made it a lot easier to fit therapy into my life.

Having worked with Brittany for a number of weeks now I feel better equipped to manage the issues I had come to her with. While Brittany certainly listened while I worked through what was happening for me she also gave me a perspective that I hadn't seen myself. I also found her homework tasks particularly useful especially the meditations. I would highly recommend Brittany and indeed Better Help as a result of my experience
