She's awesome. Like talking to a family member you actually wanna be around lol. I think the only problem I'd have with her is the same problem I'd have with all theory, it can't fix the questions society refuses to answer. And, can't really blame anyone for that. I love 'er

Aisha is AMAZING. COVID broke the straw on my camel's back. I was starting to become overwhelmed and just having moments, more often that I would like, where I was not feeling myself. I felt like I was on edge all the time and I couldn't pick myself back up like I usually did. Finding Aisha helped provide me with a safe outlet where I knew I would have someone dedicated to listening to me, as well as challenge me. I'm beginning to understand just how cracked my foundations are and that would have been a scary and daunting realization. But with Aisha I know that I won't be alone in working to heal myself! I will never be able to truly express my appreciation of her!

Fantastic! So full of life but not in that fake therapist way. More like, she’s got it figured out. But she still has been there. You can tell that she gets your struggle and has fought through her own mind. Or at least, she makes u feel like she has, and that’s enough. She helps so much.

Written on Apr 14, 2018 after therapy with Aisha for 2 weeks on issues concerning relationship, and sleeping
Aisha had instilled a lot of confidence in me. She always reminds me that I am strong, and smart, and she tells me she is proud of me. That is so important. She really listens and responds. She's not the "fixer" type, which is amazing. Anyone with anxiety and depression never wants to be looked at as "broken" and since talking with Aisha, I know she doesn't think of me as broken. It's great to have someone to talk to, but it's even better when they aren't trying to fix you.
