I was never one for therapy, until I met Ian.
He made it less of a clinical thing and more of a conversation. I highly recommend to anyone who is willing to give therapy a try.

Ian has been incredibly patient with me and been an amazing sound board. My first therapist and I did not mesh well so it was refreshing to turn a new leaf and keep pushing towards growth and healing. Ian constantly checks in throughout the week over messages which I greatly appreciate. From surface level conversations to deep diving, Ian has been supportive and an amazing listener. He has helped me to challenger my current perspectives and beliefs in order to have more clarity, confidence, and peace in a stress free environment. Ian cares a lot about his clients and it is apparent that he loves doing it.
