About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with my MA in Forensic Psychology and also have my certificate in drug counseling. who is from and licensed in New York and works with young adults, adults, and the elderly and have over 15 years experience with the various populations in substance abuse, mental health disorders, and grief and trauma issues. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, anger issues, career challenges, financial problems, and communication issues. I also helped many people who have experienced physical or emotional abuse.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, motivational interviewing, some dialectical behavioral techniques and rational-emotive counseling. I tend to use the strength perspective with clients and also always tend to be nonjudgmental when working with clients as well. I wish to work with clients to develop their own treatment plan and goals.

I am open to adjust any techniques that you do not feel are working during the sessions. I look forward to working with you and I wish to strengthen and empower you to help you meet your needs.
