Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Thomas Conley. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Tom has a way of creating an environment where it’s easy to “let your guard down” and relax into conversation - making therapy a lot less scary, especially for beginners not knowing what to expect. He is very easy to talk to and is always able to ease you into subjects that may be a source of tension in your life through his ability to relate to your unique situation, or to frame it in a way that you can better understand it.

He has given me the tools necessary to navigate life’s ebbs and flows in an intelligent and productive way, which has brought an overall sense of clarity and calmness to my mind.

I am very open about therapy, and would/do recommend Tom highly to anybody who inquires about it.
