Sean is a straight-shooter. I find the simplicity and exactitude of his contributions to our conversations refreshing. I've worked with many different therapists over the years, and he has been a good match for me for the concerns I have at this stage in my life. Would recommend for people with a long history of therapy.

He offered really great tools and resources for my needs and concerns. Also listens intently and makes me feel heard, understood, and validated. Would highly recommend for any trauma centered therapy.
