Melissa is truly a visionary in the field of therapy. I have never been challenged in my thinking the way that I have in her sessions.

I strongly recommend her for your therapeutic needs, especially if you are exhausted of trying the same old methods that just do not seem to work for you. She actively listens, provides exceptional feedback, and gives “homework” outside of sessions if you so choose to really help drive the content of what you learn in therapy to apply within your day-to-day.

Could not recommend her enough!

Melissa is wonderful! She is open and never judgmental. She challenges me in areas that I need it, and is great at checking in to make sure we are on the same page. She is very responsive to feedback and adjusts her approach based on it. Definitely would recommend her!

Melissa is the perfect example of what I look for in a therapist. She listens intently, follows even my most scrambled thoughts, is very real and down to earth, and provides a safe and supportive space that is incredibly needed. I feel extremely comfortable and enjoy each session and feel much better afterwards no matter what headspace I start with

Absolutely, 100%, the best therapist I've ever had. Melissa provides more than just talk therapy. She provides homework, coping mechanisms, and a new perspective while being both honest and validating. Melissa practices active listening and empathy will not letting me get lost in my spirals and thoughts and offers compassion while providing discipline and helps me recognize the thing I AM doing.
She is responsive and genuinely cares about her patients... Going as far as finding resources for the individual in the form of links, videos, or local events of interest.
I cannot recommend Melissa enough.

She is open-minded and does not pass judgement or put her own bias during therapy sessions. This is extremely important for a person like me. One of my triggers is someone putting a personal bias on something so it is hard for me to find someone who is able to understand this.
She has been a great person for me to talk to and plan how to overcome my stressors and manage them healthfully.
