About me

I am a certified licensed therapist in two states with over thirty years of experience. I received my degree from Antioch University Seattle and have worked with adults in a variety of settings throughout my career. I, particularly, specialize in working with women. I employ a person-centered approach based on respect, knowledge, and empowerment.

Finding the right therapist is not easy. Often times a degree or years of experience can be irrelevant as it relates to a successful therapeutic connection. I believe in a counseling session an individual needs to feel comfortable, heard, and valued by a therapist. I can offer someone these integral pieces as a therapist, as well as, genuinely caring about the individual's experiences.

Feel free to contact me with any questions regarding how I work, availability, etc. I look forward to hearing from you and working with you.

Deb is amazing. She listens to me and she gives me constructive ways to work through my issues. Her compassion feels like it is never ending, but she is also able to steer me toward solutions and away from wallowing.

Deb has been instrumental in my healing. She is very clear about her treatment plan and asks all the right questions to help me lead myself in the right direction. I feel grateful to have been matched with her. She's essentially the reason I stuck with therapy.

Deb is the Best, I am so greatful for the relationship we have cultivated. She has created a welcoming environment for me to trust not only myself but therapy. She genuinely cares about my growth and development through our sessions and is wonderful about asking questions and checking in on how I feel about where we are focusing.
