About me
Reaching out for help can be scary, and my job is to make the process as easy for you as possible. I believe that individuals have the capacity to make positive changes in their life, and I'm here to help facilitate those changes and strive for better outcomes. I direct my practice according to your specific needs and goals, and always view a client as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment for my clients so that they can focus on getting better.
I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from Michigan State University and my Master's of Social Work from Wayne State University. I have been providing therapy for 7 years and have experience working with a variety of individuals, including sexual assault survivors, substance abusers, adults and children. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, medical advocacy, and crisis intervention.

Arielle is AMAZING! She is a one of the most kind-hearted, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable therapist I have ever worked with. She is quick to reply to my messages, and gently guided me through my PTSD therapy and I never felt alone or lost in the process. I very highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and kind therapist to work through your problems with!
Thank you so much Arielle, you are the best! ♡

Finally, I found someone to really talk to and connect with who's actually compassionate, understands me well and makes me comfortable to be in my own skin. Patient listener but also guides unhesitatingly when necessary. Just awesome!
