Amy presents a non stressful environment and makes it easy to communicate. She's very easy going. She seems to be on point with her observations and suggestions. She offers a relaxed atmosphere even though it is video.. but it still feels quite comfortable. Also, I feel no judgment from her this far, which is very important to me.
